Simply A-Maize-N Popcorn & Snacks (South) can be found in the Clocktower Plaza at S. 70th & A St. in Lincoln, NE. The South Shop is across from Amigo's, next to Salon F. and is owned and operated by Colleen & Scott Sims. Colleen is a Lincoln native and works for an Oral Surgeon group. Scott is a Army Veteran, owns "Sims Homes" Construction Company and has been married to Colleen for twenty- seven years. They have three awesome children.
When it comes to popcorn, Colleen has a passion and excitement for the Midwest's favorite snack. "Everyone loves popcorn. What's the #1 one snack people are buying? It's popcorn. Our Popcorn is gluten-free, it's a healthy snack, and great finger food for any gathering."
Scott and Colleen believe in their quality product. They truly value the feedback from their customers. Colleen loves being told by customers; "Wow, what an awesome staff you have; you guys do a great job. I love the quality, and love the people here".
