The Simply A-Maize-N Popcorn & Snacks, at South 70th & A Street, is owned and operated by Scott and Colleen Sims. Colleen is a Lincoln native and works for an Oral Surgeon group, and Scott, an Army Veteran, owns Sims Homes Construction Company. They have been married for 27 years and have three awesome children.
When it comes to popcorn, Colleen has a passion and excitement for the Midwest's favorite snack. Our popcorn is gluten-free, it's a healthy snack, and it’s always a great finger food for any gathering.
Scott and Colleen believe wholheartedly in their quality product and they truly value the feedback from their customers. Colleen loves being told by customers what an awesome staff they have; the positive reviews are so rewarding.
